Grants talk:Project/Rapid/CyberTroopers/Wiki Loves Earth 2020 in Malaysia/Report

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

Hello @CyberTroopers:, thank you for submitting the final report and organizing Wiki Loves Earth 2020 in Malaysia. We are happy to know about your experience in this project. We are sorry to know about the challenges you encountered with the Jury tool and glad to know you are thinking of alternative tool for the next time. Can you share the link for the tool you used to calculate the metrics for Commons? Additionally, we can only see the receipts for RM 781 and in the expense report as mentioned, the receipts sum up to RM2421.30. Can you share the missing receipts? We understand that receipts are not always available for every expense. If receipts are not available, you still need to document the details of your grant expenses and send them to WMF. If you have any unreceipted expenses, please follow this page for instructions and for each expense provide the mentioned details. You can email your scanned receipts and revised expense documentation to <rapidgrants(at)wikimedia.org>. Your grant report cannot be reviewed and accepted until your receipts have also been received for review. Warm Regards RSharma (WMF) (talk) 12:09, 4 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
