Report accepted[edit]

Hello Ebenezer Mlay, thank you for submitting the final report and expense documentations for your project. I have reviewed and accepted your reports with the following comments:

  • Congratulations on meeting almost all initial targets! You mentioned that you could not add some of the participants to the Outreach Dashboard. Could you please explain the reason?
  • I am sorry for the trouble you have had due to the venue change and electricity outages. What was the reason that the school refused to provide a space for your second event?
  • I am glad to see that you have a good strategy of overcoming some of the challenges you faced at your event.
  • I noted that you have used Outreach Dashboard to monitor the contributions of participants. Would you please include its link in the report page?

Thank you again for organizing this series of edit-a-thons in Arusha! I’m marking this grant as complete. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 08:34, 13 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You[edit]

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), Thank you for accepting my report. Below I will provide feedback to the comments you left me with:

  • Thank you!During the time of doing the ediathons I did not have much expertise using the Outreach Dashboard. I did not realize that the usernames are case sensitive by the time
  • The school provided prior acceptance to use their venue but when the days for the event was approaching and I reminded them they denied us to use their venue at all. So we did not get a chance to conduct any event there.
  • Thank you! I am glad that the strategy worked for the other editathons.
  • Yes I will include the link in the report page.
