Report accepted[edit]

Hello Ebenezer Mlay, thanks for running the WPWP campaign in Arusha, Tanzania and for submitting this final report. I reviewed it and have the following comments and questions:

  • Did you have any new editors in your contest? If yes, how did you engage them?
  • How would you describe your experience of running the event online? Did you have any challenges connected to the online format?
  • Congratulations on achieving all goals! Why do you think the targeted numbers are significantly lower than the achieved outcome?

Thanks again for running this event! The final report and expense documents are reviewed and accepted. This grant is now complete! Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 09:05, 15 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), thanks for reviewing and accepting my report. Below is my feedback to your comments and questions:

  • I had new editors in the contest, I engaged them through one on one pieces of training virtually.
  • It was my first time running an event online and it was challenging I encountered challenges like the internet connection was laggy.
  • Thank you! It was my first time running an event online and therefore I did not expect to achieve a very high outcome and so I tried to set the minimum goals I knew that will be achieved. I also think that sue to the fact that there were prizes for the contest, editors found a motivation to participate more.

Thanks for holding my hand through every step for me to run the contest and achieve high outcomes. Best regards, --Ebenezer Mlay (talk) 15:02, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
