Hello Japleenpasricha, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you earlier. We have a few questions so we can start moving this application along.

  1. Since we took a long time in processing this application I understand the time has now passed. Would you still be willing to do 5 event until December or are you hoping to do the event October - February instead?
  2. The budget for Swag is a bit excessive making up a quarter of your budget. Would it be possible to either reduce it in half or remove it all together?
  3. You mentioned that you have three experienced Wikimedians who will be helping on this event. Could you please list their user names either here on the discussion page or in the proposal?
