@ولاء: Sorry for the very late response here. This was initially added because financial reporting sent was not complete, and we had expected to be able to send funding at a later time. Ultimately however, a grant agreement could not be signed due to funding restrictions we have discussed over e-mail, so no report is required. I JethroBT (WMF) (talk) 21:24, 15 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
