It's really helpful to see all your reflections on what went well and what was challenging. All of the ideas for how to improve the contest in future make sense -- timely announcement and outreach using multiple channels, more organizers/evaluators, different categories for level of experience, and more. It's also a great idea to set up editathons to continue to work on the articles that were created during this and future contests.
