Comments from DSaroyan (WMF)[edit]

Hello Houss 2020, thanks again for submitting this Rapid Fund application. We are excited to learn more about the planned educational activities in Metlaoui.

  • Please confirm that you have read and agree with the Youth Safety policy of Wikimedia Foundation.
  • Please share the Risk Assessment tool document, so that it is accessible to everyone through the link.
  • Will you have other experienced editors or organizers who will support you? I think it may be difficult for you to organize and run all mentioned events alone.
  • I think that 10 hours of editing for a single event can be too exhausting for participants. Could you please reconsider this event duration?
  • Do you have experience in running educational projects?
  • Do you have a schedule for the training sessions?
  • How will you track participants’ contributions? Will you provide a suggested list of participants to edit?
  • Where do you plan to organize the photowalks and which objects do you plan to photograph?
  • You will offer snacks and drinks for the workshops and editathons, but you don’t plan to offer anything during the photowalks. Could you at least include some budget for drinks and snacks during the photowalks?
  • Are you in touch with the high school representatives of Metlaoui? Have they confirmed their participation?

Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 13:45, 17 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
