Grants talk:Project/Rapid/Jnanaranjan Sahu/Odia Wikisource's 2nd anniversary/Report

Dear Jnanaranjan sahu, thank you for this report. I am glad to see that despite lower attendance than expected, the event went well. The new Pothi projects sounds a good opportunity to increase visibility of Odia on the web, so I am glad this got started. I am particularly excited to see more multimedia files and to see you're considering a collaboration with our colleagues at Wikimedia Sverige. I understand that you did not have time or opportunity for better media coverage and better public exposure, but I find it important that you've learned from your experience and will approach the next event with those learnings in mind. I think you for a good explanation of what you did and what you learned.

You ask if you can use the 1370 INR left to send t-shirts to those who couldn't pick them up. I am willing to let you use those funds for this, but will only be able to approve this report when you have shared with us the receipts for those couriers. As soon as you have provided us with those receipts for the remaining funds, I will be able to approve this report and you can be working on your next event!
