Comments from DSaroyan (WMF)[edit]

Hi Major Lyte, thanks for submitting your application. I have a few questions after reviewing it:

  • How do you plan to track the participants' contributions? Please consider using the Outreach Dashboard to track the contributions of the participants. You can also use the Training section of the Outreach Dashboard to learn more about how to plan and carry out edit-a-thons.
  • Will you prepare any list of suggested articles/items for the events? Could you please provide the list of articles you intend to work with?
  • Who will lead Wikidata training sessions?
  • To whom will you offer 10 T-shirts?
  • What will be the event location?

Thank you for your work! Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 11:36, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Davit,

Thank you very much for taking time to review this application.

  • Yes, I will be using Outreach Dashboard. That was what was used during the last project.
  • The T-Shirts are for top participants and Organizers.
  • I will be leading the project along side with James Popoola and other team members.
  • The event is holding in Kwara State.

Kind regards Major Lyte (talk) 20:58, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
