  • We are glad that you were able to meet all your project goals! Thanks for running this series of events in the Hausa community!
  • In the report page you mentioned that you had 55 participants. However, in the hashtag tool stats, I can only see contributions of 22 editors (you excluded). Could you please explain this discrepancy? How will you address this issue in the future?
  • Thanks for sharing photos from your events! I’m sorry to hear that you faced some challenges when finding an event space.
  • Finally, please confirm that you maintain the documentation of expenses from your project and you will provide them if we request it at a later time.

Hello DSaroyan (WMF) Thank you for finding time and review my final project report, working with you have been great. All thanks. Here is the answers to your response below.


  • As regard to the number of participants in the Hastag tool, this happens because some of the participants faced some technical problems during the events. That's why.

And regarding ways to solve the problem, we are putting all hands on deck to make sure every participants contributed during our upcoming events. As you know the more you work, you gain experience and you learn better.


  • Yes, I have maintained all the expenses document of the project and they are readily available when ever you need them, Thanks.


  • Yes I will try as much as possible to engage all the participants in the upcoming events and also traced them. As I also learnt better in the ways to traced participants contributions now.
