  • What type of hall do you plan to rent?
Training hall.
  • For the “Banners+graphics” expense, please confirm that you will be producing materials that can be useful for other similar projects.
Roll-Up Banner (USD100)-Useful for other similar projects
Graphics+ Online Promotions (USD80)-It will be used for this project only.
  • Could you please explain what 'Naija Wiki- Franchise' expense will cover?
These are the customised items for Naija Wikipedia like wrist bands, pens, flash drives, notepads, shirts e.t.c to be used as the merchandise that will be shared with the participants and other community members to promote the new project.
  • How do you plan to follow up with event participants besides creating a WhatsApp group? How will you make sure that the event participants will continue editing?
In addition to the WhatsApp channel, I plan to organise monthly virtual calls as a means of follow-up to understand challenges, motivations and how best to support the participants.

REQUEST FOR EXTENSION[edit]

Hello,DSaroyan (WMF).Good day team, in view of the fact that the grant fund was received on the 25th of November which was earlier stated as the end date of this project and also our inability to reschedule with our partners who cited the reason that the Christmas holiday is already upon them and requested that the project be rescheduled till their resumption from the Christmas and new year break. I hereby seek for an additional one month extension till the 25th of January 2022.Oludegun (talk) 14:23, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request for extension 2[edit]

Hello,DSaroyan (WMF), i am constrained to request for a further 1month extension on this grant as it took a while for our partner (RCCG)to make themselves available for this training which was eventually conducted on the 26th of February,2022. However, with a view to stabilise these new editors and consolidate on the work done so far,i will appreciate your kind approval to this request in extending this grant's end date to the 25th of February 2022 while the reporting date is extended to the 25th of March.2022.
