Reallocation of remaining funds[edit]

Hello, I would like to request to use the Art and Feminism remaining funds for Wikimania conference and support some of my community members to attend for Wikimania. I will 2 members to get internet data for 30 USD each and the remaining 2.54 USD I contributed personally to match up to the data bundle packages and support.
