Additional Comments from WMF[edit]

Hello Tulsi Bhagat thank you for putting together this Billboards initiative. It looks like a great way to get the information out on your language wikipedias. One question I had reading your proposal was on the meetup space and food in your budget. I don't see any plans to host meetings in your proposal. Can you explain what you plan to do at this meetup? Best regards, WJifar (WMF) (talk) 22:57, 25 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Many thanks WJifar (WMF) for the comments. My bad, I've missed to put the information about meetup space and food in the proposal. Let me explain it to you, we will organize the meetup with the team member(s) and involved volunteer(s) at the end. We will discuss on: what worked well, what didn't worked well, and what would we do differently next time. As, I have already mentioned in the proposal i.e. Wiki Awareness Campaign in Nepal (WACN) is only getting started with part 1, the series is yet to come. We will also talk about the further plans of WACN. Kind regards, — Tulsi Bhagat (contribs | talk) 03:58, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
