Hi Petro666. Participating in the World Congress of Esperanto sounds like a great opportunity to do outreach around the Esperanto language. Please note that we can only fund travel to non-Wikimedia events if they include an outreach activity in addition to the presentation (See the guidelines here). For this case, it could be an editing training where participants learn how to add photos from Wiki Loves Zeos to articles. In the measures of success section it says there will be 800 participants in the outreach activity. What activity does this refer to? Hi Alex! We was thinking about how to modify the project in order to fit into the criterias but for this specific case we found nothing, it would require changes beyond the range of practicability. Next time, with different conditions, something similar can work, but not so now. The basic problem was my misunderstanding of what "outreach" means in the context - we considered that presentation fall into the category.
