Hello Udehb, thanks for submitting this complete report. I reviewed it and have the following comments and questions.

  • We are excited about the overall results from your Wikidata trainings and appreciate your valuable work on this project. We are happy to know that this project brought lots of learnings to you and participants; it’s great that you gained new skills in event management, leadership, financial management, etc.
  • We are also thankful for setting up a project page, recording your trainings, and uploading them to Wikimedia Commons. Do you have any plans of using these recordings in the future?
  • You mentioned that you designed flyers for your meetings. Did you share them under Creative Commons licenses and upload them to Wikimedia Commons? Could you please add the links into the report page?
  • In the report page, could you also add the usernames of those who received the gift cards?

Hi DSaroyan (WMF) thank you for all the support. please find my response to your comments/questions below:

  • Do I have plans of using the videos? in a way yes, in that the vidoes serves as reference point for the participants that participated in the events. they can always go to it when ever they are stuck.
  • Did you share them under Creative Commons licenses and upload them to Wikimedia Commons?
