Request to approve the remaining funds[edit]
Hello @THasan (WMF):, this rapid grant has 
12,727/- remaining, which we intend to use for good. From the West Bengal Wikimedians User Group, we are planning to conduct an offline meetup on 19 June 2022, Sunday, where around 15-20 affiliate representatives and community members will come together to discuss our organizational sustainability plans and how we can consolidate and organize our ongoing programs and activities including Wiki Exploration Program in a more meaningful and sustainable way. I am trying to enlist the approximate expenditure of the meetings and post-meeting initiatives below.
- Meetup venue -
0 - Meetup food (lunch, tea and snacks) - 4000/- (approx.)
- Travel for participants - 3000/- (on the safe side)
- Post-meeting activities and plan executions - 5,727/-
Please note, these breakdowns are approximate amounts and may vary depending upon the number of participants and plans coming from the meetup.
