Hello Nevborg, thank you for submitting this Rapid Grant request. We are excited to see that you are planning to organize another Wiki Loves Monuments contest in Malta, having multiple partners and building upon your experience and learnings from the previous contests. I have reviewed your application and have the following request:
- With consideration to the announcement made by our Executive Director regarding WMF grants programs' response to concerns about COVID-19, we currently do not fund projects with offline (in-person) gatherings and activities. For this reason, I kindly request to modify your activities - exhibition, award ceremony, and edit-a-thons - making them exclusively online or removing them. After updating your activities, please also revise your detailed budget removing or modifying any expenses associated with the offline events. Feel free to add other expenses related to online activities.

- Hello DSaroyan (WMF), thank you for your message. Following your feedback, we have adjusted the activities and their related costs accordingly. We have eliminated the cost related to the awards ceremony, as this will not be taking place. The in-person exhibition will also not be taking place, however, we have integrated the cost for Printing & framing of top ten entries into the prizes section, as the printed and framed photos are also given to the respective photographers as part of their prize. We should also clarify that all meetups/edit-a-thons will be taking place exclusively online, following a similar model that we have adopted throughout our participation in CEE Spring 2020 over the past few months.
