Hi Carlillasa, thanks again for submitting this Rapid Grant request. We are really excited about your project, and appreciate your efforts in making information about Bolivian cuisine more visible on Wikimedia projects. I have reviewed your grant request and have some questions:

Since the leadership of Wikimedistas de Bolivia will be involved in this project, the grant should be requested on its behalf. Please confirm that this grant will be credited to Wikimedistas de Bolivia User Group and update the probox (right sidebar) accordingly by adding the UG name into it.
We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the Wikimedia community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wiki(s)? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.
Could you please share some of the article names you will be working on?
We think that the number of prizes (6) is too high given that you expect to have 20 participants. Please reduce the number of prizes to at least 4. You can still keep the number of proposed certificates for the top contributors.
In the proposed budget you have expenses to hire an Accounting service. Could you please provide more details on why you need this service and what kind of specific services they will provide?

Hi, WMF friends:

I'm the responsible of this project, but I have the support of Wikimedistas de Bolivia. I will be the one in charge but they have my back if I have any doubts or I need any help. So I will include the name of our UG but I'm still the responsible of this Grant, right?
I will announce the project right now with some help of alhen.
Sure: Pejtu de habas, Pesque de quinua, Ají de cochayuyo, Quesohumacha, Arvejada, Locro de zapallo and Wallake, among others
I will reduce it and I will fix the budget.
Since I'm new at this, I thought I will need some help doing the reports; that's why I proposed it. But, if you think it's not necessary, it's ok.

Please let me know if you need anything else :)

Hi Carlillasa, thanks for your response! I want to follow up on some of the answers.

So I will include the name of our UG but I'm still the responsible of this Grant, right? - Correct, you will be the main responsible person. However, this grant will be credited to the User Group that means that you and another User Group representative will sign the grant agreement, and if this grant is approved, the grant funds will be transferred to the UG's bank account.
Since I'm new at this, I thought I will need some help doing the reports; that's why I proposed it. But, if you think it's not necessary, it's ok. - There are only a limited number of cases when we allow compensation for people's time and such services. That's why I kindly ask you to remove this expense from your budget and update the requested amount.

Request for extension[edit]

WMF friends, I want to know if we can postpone the date of our final report because we want to add 10 or 15 more days to the contest, so we can reach more people. Right now, our end date is may 31 and we want to change it to june 20. Please let me know if we can do that and thanks again for all your help. --Carlillasa (talk) 22:37, 19 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
