Report accepted and comments[edit]

Hello Egiebizzy, thanks for submitting your report for the Wikidata of Nigeria Festivals project. Congratulations on completing your grant! Your final grant report has been reviewed and accepted. I have a few questions and comments after accepting your report:

  • You mentioned that you had 13 repeat participants. Could you please add their usernames? Additionally, how many of them still make edits on Wikidata?
  • Thanks for using the Outreach Dashboard to track participants' contributions. Could you please add more information about the Wikidata items you edited? How will these pages help to address the knowledge gap on Nigerian festivals?
  • Please add the usernames of winning participants. Do they make any edits now?
  • I noticed that you rented a camera to take photos from the events. However, some photos are blurred and have low quality. My recommendation is to not rent a photo camera for your next projects. Please use your smartphones to take photos from your events.
  • Additionally, you haven't done proper categorization of photos on Wikimedia Commons. Please address this issue on Wikimedia Commons and categorize the images properly.
  • What's your plan of reusing the banner and T-shirts made for your project?
  • Finally, please confirm that you keep all receipts for all expenses made.

Thank you for your engagement with the reporting review process, and with your work throughout the grants process. We appreciate the outcomes from your project and offer you our best wishes for your future work. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 09:07, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
