Hello Olaniyan Olushola thank you for submitting the monthly meet-up report and expenses. It was really great to see the monthly editathons with the details and agenda as well as photos. It helped to understand that some of the monthly meetups were focused on socializing and getting a general understanding of the movement. I have sent a separate email regarding expenses and am leaving my comments on your report below.

  1. Looking through the articles created, I found one did not exist, and one was orphaned. Do you have plans to return to these links in future editathons to update them and improve them?
Yes, we will attend to it in our next meetup
  1. Given that you hope to do more meetups and editathons it would be great to learn more about what you would like to do differently in the learning section.
Yes, we will discuss among our community member about new activities that will be introduced.

Reply to expense email[edit]

  • As at the time of implementation of this project The cost for hiring power generator had gone up beyond our projected figure. More so, since we didn't include contingency in our budget we do not have an option than to look-out for how we can stay within the amount budgeted for the item . Therefore, the only place where we got a lower price they could not provide receipt.
  • This is an error from the vendor and also omission from our treasurer, this is now corrected.

A new receipt for the outsourcing of the supply of refreshment has been sent with new mail.
