Hi Sek2016, and thanks for this report on your feature improvements to the P&E Dashboard. This report will serve as the final report for the project, as you needed to pause work on this grant due to educational obligations with graduate school. Here are my comments and questions on your report:

In addition to linking to the code repositories, thanks for providing a great blog post explaining and showing the features you developed for the Dashboard! This provides a great summary of your work and how these features improve the usability of the tool.
I especially appreciate the details on the sticky headers. The Dashboard presents several columns of data and qualitative information, and providing the headers for context is a great feature so these tables are readable and easy to interpret even when there are a lot of contributors listed on a page.
While I understand that you will not be able to work on the other proposed features (mobile UX and improving the information architecture of the dashboard), I appreciate that you've provided a set of necessary tasks that could be undertaken at a later time to implement these improvements.
