Thank you for this request. Although it sounds like you are doing important work, we are not able to fund your request based on the following criteria explained in the Travel and Participation Support page:

Fit with strategic priorities: In your description of your proposed participation, you suggest that your attendance at Preparing Global Leaders Summit "presents an opportunity for networking, collaboration, further development,and expansion of my non-profit organization's free educational project, by establishing ambassadors globally." Though we appreciate the value of your non-profit's work, it is outside of the aims of this funding program, which focuses on supporting Wikimedia projects.
Contribution record: According to your user history, this proposal is the only record of any form of contribution to Wikimedia projects. Per our selection criteria, we prioritize funding users with a history of engaging with Wikimedia projects and communities.

For these reasons, it does not make sense for Wikimedia to fund this request. We welcome future requests from you that may be a better fit and wish you all the best in your future work. For future reference should you apply for TPS funding again, note that we strongly advise allowing at least 6 weeks' notice (and more is better) to review a TPS request--particularly when international travel is involved.
