Thank you for this request and for your work on Semantic MediaWiki in the healthcare field. Although it does sound like exciting work, we are unfortunately not able to fund your participation through this program since your request is not sufficiently aligned with the Wikimedia movement’s strategic priorities to justify the cost of the request. Although we appreciate the work you are doing to encourage organizations to use MediaWiki, for larger requests including international airfare we tend to look for more direct outcomes related to a Wikimedia project or projects.
