Dear User:Fustbariclation: Thank you for this thoughtful request. We appreciate your work on semantic mediawiki in the healthcare system, but we will not fund your request based on the following criteria explained in the Travel and Participation Support page:

  1. Fit with strategic priorities: This request is focused on semantic mediawiki in the healthcare industry. While the outcomes of this event may be positive for your work in this field, given the scope of this event and the expected number of attendees, outcomes closely linked with the Wikimedia strategic priorities of increasing participation or reach, or improving content on Wikimedia sites, are not a likely result of this participation. For this reason, it does not make sense for Wikimedia to fund this request.

Thanks again for your work on semantic mediawiki. We welcome future requests from you that may be a better fit.
