Thank you for submitting this grant application. We are excited about your planning for a 1Lib1Ref event in Yobe state. The Wikimedia Usergroup Nigeria community Support Fund Committee has reviewed your application and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• The branded shirts are high-quality souvenirs that should be restricted to organizers only. So we advise that you restrict the shirts for organizers and do the breakdown of the cost.
• In your metrics, state the number of new editors that would participate, and increase the number of participants. We take pride in the fact that every Wikimedia projects should accommodate for new participants/editors
• Also, considering the project scope and our view to promoting volunteering, we request that you remove the transport fare for participants or rather reduce them to the barest minimum.
• Lastly, please do a breakdown of all costs accordingly.
