The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Reduce participants to 20
• YOUR CO-FACILITATOR MUST ENDORSE THIS PROJECT TO STATE THEIR AVAILABILITY AND INVOLVEMENT
• The cost for hall should not be more than 30,000 NGN
• T-shirts for facilitators are not necessary and should be removed
• Souvenirs should be removed as this can not be funded
• The cost for data reimbursement should be reduced to 1,000 NGN or you can as well subscribe for data in different devices and share the internet with participants
• Amount for prizes should not exceed 30,000 NGN and proof of this expense MUST be included in your report with photographs
• PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT

Hi @Ashioma (WUGN), Thank you for replying to my mail, i have made the necessary adjustments to the budget and my team member has also declared his availability for the project. Also every request that has been made alongside the questions will be provided during the report.
