The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Reduce participants to 30 people at most
• For a one day event, we advise you focus on either WIkipedia or Commons, but not both
• The WUGN does not pay for halls for fan clubs since they are already registered with the institution
• The cost of food is at a maximum of 2,500 NGN per person (this includes water and drinks)
• At this time, the WUGN will not fund souvenirs of 60,000 NGN
• To enhance grantee experience, the WUGN has decided to provide internet support for the event. A google sheet will be provided where all participant phone numbers and service provider would be collated. This would be submitted a day before the event and airtime disbursement would be made available on the date of event. In line with this new development, the cost for all data should be excluded from your budget.

• Participants should be reduced to 20
• What do you mean by “Transportation for two team members.” The 80,000 NGN will cover all transportation costs
• Since this is a contest, camera rental will not be funded.
• Contingencies, miscellaneous and logistics is capped at 20,000 NGN
