The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• You did not put any date for the project. The project date is required.
• Printing of T-shirts might not necessary (a maximum of 5 can be printed and used as souvenirs for best participants)
• Food cost should be reduced
• To have a more realistic budget, we suggest you make it a one day event
• Going through different proposals, we discovered that User:Akwugo will be part of different projects in the same month. Can you get this User to comment on their availability in the discussion page?

@SuperSwiftGood evening dear Sir. I write with regards to the concerns raised in my proposed project. I have made adjustments to major items as instructed Sir. Cost of food and t-shirt for awareness Creation have been slashed to a manageable tag and event is scheduled to hold by 10th of July. This brings down budget from what it was before to 302,000 only. Due to the high cost of necessities in Lagos, I hope I get approval from your honourable office. Akwugo will reply to her availability for the event as asked. @Ashioma (WUGN)Dear Sir, this event is slated for July, this is to make sure that all persons are available as agreed. Akwaugo whose schedule seems tight for now is likely going to be available then as she assured me her table will be cleared off tasks by that time. New Changes

The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Reduce participants to 20.
• The amount for hall rental should be reduced to 40,000 NGN
• printing of event t-shirts should be reduced to 15,000
• Data support will now be 30,000 NGN
• Transportation costs for facilitators not attending in person (User:Akwugo) will not be funded, hence only 20,000NGN will be funded
• Food and drinks at 60,000 NGN

This puts the budget at 200,000 NGN

• PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT
