The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

  • Provide links to the experienced Wikimedians. The co-facilitator listed does not show enough Wiki experience. Get another experienced Wikimedian to assist in facilitation. (Your last upload on Commons was on the 17th of March 2021. You co-facilitator must have recent uploads)
  • Refreshment for photowalk should be reduced to 1,000 NGN while that for upload the session to 2,000 NGN. Cost for shirts be reduced
  • Branded t-shirts should be limited to 5
  • Bus movement cost should be limited to 50,000 NGN
  • These adjustments to your budget will put it at a new total of 210,000 NGN
  • YOUR CO-FACILITATOR MUST ENDORSE THIS PROJECT
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT

Hello Ashioma,
Thank you for your response.
Based on your feedback;
1. I have fixed the username of my co-facilitator who has experienced contributing to Wikimedia commons. I will also be supported by the leadership of Wikimedia Nigeria.
Also concerning my last upload on Commons, I had issues with my account and rectified it recently through the help of a Wikimedian.
However, I have attended several Wikipedia events and volunteered for some. I will contribute more moving forward.
2. I have adjusted the cost of refreshments as suggested.
3. The Branded t-shirts has been reduced to 4,000 NGN and limit to 5.
4. For transportation, I have reduced the price to 70,000 NGN.
The hike in fuel price is now over double the usual price and there are fixed prices for transportation in Osun state. Hence making the bus movement 50,000 NGN will not be comfortable ; please help look to this.
5. The budget has been adjusted and updated.
6. My co-facilitator has endorsed this project.
