The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:
- Your project does not have a timeline. This must be included
- Participants should be reduced to 20.
- The amount for hall rental should be reduced to 40,000 NGN
- The cost of banner should be reduced to 10,000 NGN
- Data reimbursement should be 1,000 NGN per participant
- Transportation to the venue would not be approved as participants are meant to be volunteers.
- Certificate is not necessary and should be removed
These adjustments would put your budget at 117,000 NGN
- YOUR CO-FACILITATOR MUST ENDORSE THIS PROJECT
- PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT
