Dear Iwai-Dialax,

Thank you for submitting this amazing grant application on behalf of the WUGN Niger Delta Network. The Wikimedia Usergroup Nigeria community Support Fund Committee has reviewed your application, and unfortunately have decided not to go ahead with the funding due to the pending report of Wiki Loves Monument in the Niger Delta which is due.

You can however re-submit the grant request when you don't have any pending reports in the next round.
