The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Your project does not have a timeline. This must be included
• Reduce participants to 20 for training
• Weekly internet support cannot be funded. A 1,500 NGN for the two training sessions per 20 participant (30,000NGN) will be funded
• Photography reduced to 20,000
• Cost of projector for the two days training should be reduced 20,000
• Refreshment should be reduced to 1,500 for 20 participants which puts it at 60,000 NGN for two days
• Internet subscription for your Meetup was not included. Add an Internet cost of 20,000 NGN to your budget

This puts your budget at 299,500 NGN

• For subsequent events, It's advisable to get a trainer closer to you to reduce transportation cost. Some facilitators you included do not live in Lagos and this is also not advisable
• Zoom subscription would not be paid for. There are other free options like Google Meet without time limit

Dear Grant committee,

Thank you for your work. The grant is for the Nigerian Institute of Journalism WikiFanClub and we will start 12th of July and end 3rd of August.

We have reduced the participants to 20. We had to choose the co-facilitator from Badagry because she owns the computer hall we are using and we are not paying for it. If we have to use the hall then we must pay for it and also budget for alternate power.

For the food we appreciate it is left at the prize. The cost of food, ingredients and pepper is now very expensive. I have effected all changes and the total is the same as you have requested.

299,500 NGN.
