The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Please reduce the participants to 20 due to budget constraints/cap.
• Reduce personnel for each group to 5 people at most
• With the reduction on participants, we advise that you reduce number of t-shirts to six in total (that is, for two people per town)
• Can you give a breakdown of the data reimbursement for virtual participants and how many will attend; we advise that the data reimbursement should be reduced to 1,000 NGN.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF WUGN REPORT GUIDELINES.

This is noted. The reconfigured budget following your guidelines will be as follows;

1. Virtual training

• Data for 20 participants - 20,000NGN
• Data for facilitator - 5,000NGN

                                      Sub Total = 25,000NGN

2. Group Photo Walk

• Transport to two towns in Anambra Central Senatorial zone (3,000NGN per person [5persons], to & fro) = 15,000NGN

• Transport to two towns in Anambra North Senatorial zone (4,000NGN per person [5 persons], to & fro) = N20,000NGN

• Transport to two towns in Anambra South Senatorial zone (4,000NGN per person [5 persons], to & fro) = N20,000NGN

• Water + snacks for Photo walk (1,250NGN per person for 15 people) = 18,750NGN

                                   Sub Total = 73,750NGN

3. In-person activity (Uploading of pictures)

• Hall = 35,000NGN
• Projector = 10,000NGN

• Data for 20 participants (N1000 data per participant) = 20,000NGN

• Data for facilitator = 5,000NGN

• Refreshment/ (2300 per person for 20 persons) = 46,000NGN

• Miscellaneous = 10,000 NGN

                                  Sub Total = 126,000NGN

4. General

• Branded T-shirts for the photo walk – 3550 x 6 @ 3,550 each = 21,300 NGN

• E-fliers (for virtual and in-person activities)/banner/sensitization – 20,000 NGN

                                 Sub Total = 41,300NGN

                Grand Total = 266,050NGN

All the changes have been effected as advised and the budget which was formerly 312,000NGN is now 266,050NGN. The number of t-shirts have been reduced. The number of participants for the photo walk has reduced to 5 and it is clearly spelt out that only participants will be part of the program and each will get N1000 data reimbursement, Thank you.
