The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Reduce participants to 20. (this will affect every part of your budget)
• Laptop computers cannot be paid for. Volunteers should come with mobile devices.
• Hall rental would be limited to 50,000NGN
• Cost of food and drinks should be reduced to 1,500 NGN for the two days.
• Why would participants be transported if the event is to be held in school premises?
• Cost for standing and flex banners should be reduced also to 20,000NGN
• T-shirts should be only for event facilitators (5)
• The number of facilitators should be dropped to 3 to also reduce cost of transportation to 15,000 NGN

This will put your budget at 184,500 NGN

• PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT
