The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Reduce participants to 20.
• Project impact is way too low and should be adjusted
• Hall payment should not exceed 30,000 NGN
• Refreshments at 1,500 NGN per participant
• Transport support will not be funded
• Souvenir/gift - 30,000 NGN

To enhance grantee experience, the WUGN has decided to provide internet support for all participants. A google sheet will be provided where all participant phone numbers and service provider would be collated. This would be submitted a day before the event and airtime disbursement would be made available on the date of event. Thank you@Ashioma (WUGN)for your response to my grant. Please sir on the issue of refreshment, the inflation rate on the cost of food is on the high side; especially here in Anambra State. Thus, transport support and data reimbursement support have been one of the things sustaining our participants here in Anambra and stoping this now will be a big challenge, because students transport themselves all the way from unizik campus down to book foundation where we have our program. The only Way we encourage them from coming is through transport support and data support. Please sir, consider these reasons inorder not to discourage our participants. However, in Anambra here we send invite to the group chat and I don't know my participants until the event day and having their numbers on the Google sheet prior the event day will be an issue because I can't tell who would be attending. Hello Ennydavids, I understand the rise in the cost of food that's why we suggest you go for light refreshment. If we spend so much on one grant application, we won't be able to fund multiple grants. As for transport, we suggest events be held in close proximity to where volunteers are as has been done in times past. In the next fiscal year, new changes would be made on the amounts to be funded, but with compliance with directives from the WMF. Ashioma (WUGN) (talk) 06:29, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
