The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and while the idea is excellent, they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• You did not put any date for the project. The project date is required.
• The project scope is too broad (you are attempting to work on too many Wikimedia projects). Can you focus on one or two projects?
• Tags for identification are not necessary
• 3000 NGN for food is on the high side. Please reduce this cost.
• There is no need for certificates
• Please explain the bank charge of 5000 NGN
• Reduce the amount for jotters and pens

Final budget adjustments

Hello Inyor4mr, we made some adjustments to your proposal by deciding that you focus on 25 participants for this project. This led to some adjustments in your budget:

• promotional materials 25,000NGN
• food for 28 people - 56,000NGN
• shirts only - 9,000NGN
• jotters and pen - 30,000NGN (at 1,000 per unit)
• rentals of projector... - 40,000NGN
• local runs - 20,000NGN

This puts the budget at 265,000 NGN.
