I apologize for my late response.

In light of the sheer number of members (especially new ones) that have been attending the UNILORIN Wikimedia Fan Club meetings since the start of the present academic year, it would be a huge setback to make plans for just 50 participants.

I am hoping that the WUGN can make accommodation for the upload session with 1,500 NGN

Furthermore, I am also hoping that the refreshment for the upload session, both food and drinks, be pegged at 2,500 NGN

As I fully understand the issue of budget constraint, it would be a huge drawback on the end of the UNILORIN Wikimedia Fan Club to make do with finances that present realties would not make accommodation for

Hello User:Pojo07, the constraints on finance is huge and we have to make certain sacrifices for equity sake. Funding of 224,000 NGN will be approved for this project. You can adjust the cost for refreshment by reducing the locations for photowalk and reducing the n umber of people involved in the photowalk. I agree to your terms. We will make suitable financial adjustments to the budget as required and ensure that the bus receipt is made available in the report for the program.

hello Pojo07, all proposals have been funded except yours due to your non response to messages. In the future, you would lose the rights to funding for a cycle if you do not respond at the stipulated time. Funds will be delivered as soon as you fill the form that would be sent. Thank you.
