{{sudo}} Two requests here. One, can we add a link to mw:Help:Extension:GlobalCssJs somewhere, and two, it should say 'all Wikimedia wikis' as opposed to just all wikis. Something like:

Any JavaScript added to this page will be loaded on all Wikimedia wikis where you have an account. (Help)
