Autoblock dissabled for vandalism only accounts?

The purpose of the autoblock is to stop the vandal editing under his IP adress or using sock accounts sharing his/her IP adress. According to:

addPortletLink('p-cactions',
		'javascript:('+QuickBlock+')("infinite","vandalism-only account",0,1,0,0,0,0,1)',
		'vandal: indef',
		'p-block-vandalism');

the autoblock is dissabled. Can it be re-enabled or there is any special reason about not enabling this flag?. — df|  18:13, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

Hello! This script has been detected as using deprecated parameters that need to be replaced with the updated version. Examples include addOnloadHook() needs to be replaced with $(); all wgGlobalVariables need to be properly gotten with mw.config.get( 'wgGlobalVariable' ); and addPortletLink needs to be called with mw.util.addPortletLink.
