Pinging blocking admin @De Wikischim: Would it be appropriate to rename this account after their block expires? This user (J.G.G.) was blocked by you on the Dutch Wikibooks, and I'm unsure what caused the block, but I just want to check beforehand, before processing any rename. - No worries, it was just a bit concerning considering the block seems to have been related to their admin actions. I planned to rename them either way as the block has expired and there was no response from the blocking admin, and it didn't really seem like "concealing bad conduct".
