Merge

- I was under the assumption that he meant move the basic information about the "assumed admin/bureaucratship of stewards" to a Steward section at Special global permissions. I'd love to hear more from both sides, actually. :) Kylu 06:12, 4 January 2009 (UTC)

Erm, I was operating under the impression that the Ombudsman Commission wasn't included on Special global permissions, but stewards were. So... yeah that doesn't make sense.
