Absent (8): Jusan Misolas, Maricris F. Gomez, Harold Gomez, Ian Kenneth Orasa, Rodel Frias, Imelda Brazal, Marvin Aquino, Vanjie Padilla

At 5:00 pm, Ramon initiated the members' self-introduction (in order: Froy Beraña, Josefwinzent Libot, John Paul Collantes, Steven Fung, Irvin Sto. Tomas, Ira Villanueva, Joseph Ciudadano, Marvin Molin, Leah Banastao, Ralff Nestor Nacor, Ramon Olaño, Maffeth Opiana, Anthony Diaz. The self-introduction lasted around 8:00 pm.
The President read only the highlights of his report due to time constraints. Prior to the meeting, a copy of his message had been posted in the group chat.
The Board decided on members' eligibility to vote and be elected. All members, membership and annual dues paid or not, were allowed to participate in the election. Unpaid members were given 30 days to settle their dues. Steven was appointed and agreed to be the election officer. The Board called a recess for members to take their dinner.
The meeting resumed for the election at 9:25 pm via Facebook messenger. Members voted for 5 Board Members among the 13 members present. Eleven (11) out of thirteen (13) members cast their ballot.
The results were:
- Froy Beraña (9) - ELECTED
- Irvin Sto. Tomas (9) - ELECTED
- Ramon Olaño (8) - ELECTED
- Maffeth Opiana (6) - ELECTED
- Steven Fung (6) - ELECTED
- Anthony Diaz, Joseph Ciudadano (5 votes each)
- Marvin Molin (4)
- Ira Villanueva (2)
- Josefwinzent Libot, John Paul Collantes, Ira Villanueva, Leah Banastao, Ralff Nestor Nacor (1 vote each)
The meeting was adjourned at 11:42 pm.
