RESOLVED that during the regular meeting by the Board of Trustees of the Corporation held last June 22, 2022 at 8:00 p.m., where a quorum was present and acted all throughout, the Board of Trustees, by unanimous vote, resolved and approved the New Officers of the Corporation (2022-2023)
