An editor came to my talk page and started abusing me because they were unhappy with one of my edits.

Angela doesn't know what to do so she goes to Korean wiki's Homepage for guidance

Angela goes to another user's talk page and asks for help

Another user observes the harassment and posts on Angela's talk page, advising her Angela contacts another user off wiki for help

Angela contacts an admin off wiki for help

She sees the Policy and guidelines link

She leaves a block request on this noticeboard

On the policy page she sees a page titled 5 principles

On the 5 principles page she sees What to keep in mind in discussions

She learns about the Dispute resolution process

She reads the policy called No personal attacks

She does a Request for opinion

She does a Mediation request

She reads the policy on Blocking

As a final attempt to protect herself, she tries the "Compulsory arbitration" process

She leaves a block request on this noticeboard


Hank, Admin

An editor is upset with me so they're wikihounding me and commenting offensively on my discussions in other articles!

Hank goes to his harasser's talk page and tries to have productive dialogue because this has worked for him in the past.

Hank blocks his harasser

Hank wants to follow due process and reports his harasser on the Noticeboard

Hank is unsure what to do so he talks with his admin group off wiki

The other admins intervene on his behalf
