• What worked well?

The event held was a remarkable success, drawing enthusiastic participation from attendees keen on acquiring new skills and contributing to the Wikimedia movement. The collaborative efforts between the organizing team and the Institute Authority were instrumental in ensuring the event's success. Through effective planning and execution, the objectives of the event were met, fostering knowledge exchange and community engagement.And also the event proceeded smoothly, and valuable insights were gained from the engaged participants.

• What did not work so well?

1. During the event, we encountered challenges with the roll-up display. Despite our attempts to find alternative solutions, we were unable to resolve the issue due to various constraints.Network issues were experienced throughout the event, impacting our operations.

• What would you do differently next time?

Further troubleshooting and contingency plans will be explored to address these challenges in future events.

2.On the second day of the event, held on a Saturday, we observed a slight decrease in attendance compared to the previous day. A few students were unable to attend due to the event falling on a weekend, have conflicted with their religious obligations, such as Islamiyah. Despite these challenges, the majority of students participated actively. And Some concerns were raised regarding mobilization efforts, which will be addressed in future event planning to ensure maximum participation.
