Following the proposal of a Structured Wikiquote; I suggest the creation of a test.wikiquote.org wiki with the same configuration as test.wikidata.org (maybe with StructuredDiscussions as default talk pages), Each Item would be a quote, properties would be date, the author, where the author said it,...
Of course it would need few modifications of Wikibase UI : removal of the "Language, Label,Description & Also known as box" that should be replaced by a Flow-like paragraph editor to write the quote followed by translations with the same editwindow and below a Properties section.
