I had made accounts like Adjutor102 on Pashto Wikipedia to evade the block set on me, but my IP address is blocked there and I have forgotten the password I had used for them and I only use this account on English Wikipedia. Michaeldsuarez, please don't do that. I will remove this, and also, when the process is set up here, probably the SN request you made on behalf of Adjutor101 without signing it. If you want to support Adjutor101, participate in the subpage here. One way to look at this process is as clerking for steward/global sysop requests, to filter them, to get all the ducks in a row, to find some kind of consensus or at least support for a request. It takes a little time. This could be a contentious request, and the Stewards noticeboard is not a great place for contentious discussion.
To be clear, "Facilitators" here are clerks, not sysops, though a sysop could clerk. We will facilitate the gathering of evidence, making sure that necessary notices are filed, etc. We will support consensus formation. We are not decision-makers. Disclose all alternate accounts you have used here or on ps.wiki.
Commit to using a single account and choose that account. When you are unblocked, you should annotate all the alternate account user pages indicating they are your accounts.
If you created alternate accounts, it may have been a response to what you saw as abusive administration, it appears to me. It can cause confusion and disruption. I highly recommend avoiding it. If blocked, seek unblock, as you are doing here. Please be patient. I think you are very likely to be unblocked, and soon, but we need to follow careful process.
