- The community needs to develop an active test project; it must remain active until approval (automated statistics, recent changes). It is generally considered active if the analysis lists at least three active, not-grayed-out editors listed in the sections for the previous few months.
- The community needs to complete required MediaWiki interface translations in that language (about localization, translatewiki, check completion).
- The community needs to discuss and complete the settings table below:

Proposal
[edit]Hello friends, I wish to submit an official request for the approval of the Dagaare Wikipedia incubator. I am a steering committee member and project lead for the Wikimedia Language Diversity Hub, and as part of our efforts to support more indigenous and low-resource Wikipedia languages, we provide technical support to incubator projects such as the Dagaare Wikipedia and other Mabia languages. In my capacity as the executive director and co-founder of the Dagbani Wikimedians User Group, I created the Dagaare Wikipedia test wiki and have built a community to ensure that the Dagaare Wikipedia incubator joins the Dagbani and the Gurene Wikipedias as one of the approved Mabia language wikis in Ghana. This community has great potential to become one of the most active communities in Ghana and I strongly support the approval of the Dagaare Wikipedia incubator.
