Is a regional language of Estonia also spoken in the Pskov and region of Russia it has 40,000 speakers and it should have a :fiu wikipedia! Not oficially recognized but The Center for South Estonian Language and Cultural Studies of Tartu University is a leading authority. Oppose until people willing to work on it are found because the proposer, who doesn't have an account on Meta like they should, seems to be proposing languages for the sake of it. Nikki 19:45, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
