Sverigekillen
The username Sverigekillen (sulutil, contribs) seems to be an unflagged bot that fixes interwiki links in a lot of projects. My concern is that the bot doesn't have an operator specified and from what I've seen requests on its talk page seem to be ignored. For example, in ruwiki the account has 0 edits to User talk namespace despite several queries on its talk page. Standard bot policy requires an operator to be available to answer any concerns, so I think something should be done about this account even though it's not flagged as a bot and even though not all wikis follow the standard bot policy.
On a related note, the account seems to be currently editing while logged out as 90.231.138.113. Jafeluv 18:42, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
